| Our server is running on Linux. Sensitive information is always SSL Encrypted for additional security. Data records are stored in password-protected database systems known for their tight security standards. Login sessions expire after 30 minutes. Only you hold the decryption key. |
Data from forms is backuped on a daily basis. Files from the repository are mirrored on the fly, providing a complete backup, should a failure occur. The server itself is attached to a UPC unit providing electricity even if no power is available. All backups stored on multiple disks (Harddisk, CD-Rom, Backup Tape) |
The Webserver is located in Karlsruhe, Germany, at the 1&1 RZ. 1&1 is Europe's leading provider for reliable and strong dedicated servers. Our server is attached to their redundant backbone through a 100MBit connection. The backbone is directly connected to the main backbones of South Germany, providing lightning-fast availability for our clients from all over the world. |
